Delete Your Account

All Ways Connect allows you to delete your account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — In the App:

  1. Open All Ways Connect
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Type DELETE to confirm
  6. Tap "Delete My Account"

Option 2 — By Email:

Contact us through our contact form with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

What Gets Deleted

Deletion Timeline

Your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request. Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, in which case it will be anonymized where possible.
